KPU is home to Canada’s first Zero Textbook Cost (ZTC) initiative.  Instead of textbooks, we use library and open educational resources (OER) in around 20% of course sections that are offered. Through these courses, KPU is able to offer eight credentials that can be completed without the need to pay for textbooks.
